Larry Jacobson - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jacobson joined Cdigix in 2005 and is charged with overseeing and managing all operations of the company. Mr. Jacobson brings more than 20 years of Internet and media experience to Cdigix.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Jacobson served as president of RealNetworks, Inc., the Internet digital media services and software company, from 2001-2004. Prior to RealNetworks, Mr. Jacobson served as president and chief operating officer of Ticketmaster Corporation, the world’s largest ticketing company. He also held various executive positions during his nine years at FOX, a unit of News Corporation, including the role of president of the FOX Television Network Mr. Jacobson received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mark Brodsky - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Brodsky joined Cdigix in October 2006 to oversee the Company’s university sales efforts. Prior to Cdigix, Mr. Brodsky was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at eCollege. He joined eCollege in 1998 (then Real Education) as regional vice president and was promoted to national vice president of sales in July, 2000. eCollege became a publicly traded company in December, 1999 (NASDAQ: eclg).
While at eCollege, Mr. Brodsky oversaw all sales and marketing functions for the company’s eLearning division. Before eCollege, Mr. Brodsky was co-founder and executive vice president for Aprisa Multimedia, a custom courseware development and training company, acquired by Capella Education Company in November, 1997. Mr. Brodsky has held senior sales and management positions with Aimtech Corporation, Fluent Inc., Teleconferencing Systems Inc., and Hughes Aircraft Company. Mr. Brodsky graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in finance from San Diego State University in 1982.
