Larry Jacobson – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Jacobson joined Cdigix in 2005 and is charged with overseeing and managing all operations of the company. Mr. Jacobson brings more than 20 years of Internet and media experience to Cdigix. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Jacobson served as president of RealNetworks, Inc., the Internet digital media services and software company, from 2001-2004. Prior to RealNetworks, Mr. Jacobson served as president and chief operating officer of Ticketmaster Corporation, the world’s largest ticketing company. He also held various executive positions during his nine years at FOX, a unit of News Corporation, including the role of president of the FOX Television Network Mr. Jacobson received his B.A. from Harvard College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.


E. Rogers "Roger" Novak, Jr. - Board Member

Mr. Novak is co-founder of Novak Biddle Venture Partners, a premier early stage venture capital firm backed by some of the country's most prestigious investors. Prior to that, Mr. Novak was a private investor. In 1984, he was co-founder and three-fund general partner of Grotech Partners, where he was principally focused on information technology, with two of his investments, Verity and Secure Computing, among the top 10 performing IPOs of 1995. Earlier in his career Mr. Novak led the investment banking effort at Baker, Watts & Co., where he served on the firm’s executive committee. He also serves on the boards of Blackboard, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBB), Spectrum K12, Trusted Computer Solutions, Digital Signal Corporation, Revive Systems, and Centrifuge Systems.


Steve Wood - Board Member

Mr. Wood has been associated with emerging technology for the majority of his career, with broad experience in personal computers telecommunications, information services and personal communications. Since earning a BS degree in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve and an MSEE from Stanford, Wood has held strategic leadership positions at many of the industry's leading companies,including Microsoft (he was the company's sixth employee), Asymetrix, Starwave Corporation, Interval Research, McCaw Cellular and Notable Technologies. In 1996 Wood co-founded Wireless Services Corporation (now SinglePoint) and led as President and CEO until 2004 and now serves as Chairman. He currently is a member of the board of directors of Geospiza, a Seattle-based provider of software and services for genetic analysis and is vice-chairman of the Washington Technology Industry Association, the country's largest state technology trade association.


Paul Nitze - Board Member

Mr. Nitze is a deputy district attorney in Adams County, CO.  Prior to that, he was a law clerk to the Hon. Carlos F. Lucero on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and a student at Yale Law School.  Before attending law school, Paul worked as a legislative assistant to Sen. Dianne Feinstein and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.  Paul was an early investor in Cdigix and is an active angel investor, with investments in roughly one dozen early stage companies.
